           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Personal Training is the fastest way to reach your fitness goals. At Myraz Fitness Studio, our certified personal trainers provide guidance and inspiration with customized programs based on your goals. Whether you want to lose weight and keep it off, build lean muscle, or just look and feel better in the clothes you're in, your Personal Trainer will take the guesswork out of how to get there. 

We offer personal training and small group training options, both led by certified personal trainers.

           KARATE - SHITO RYU

 

Learning karate are numerous. Fitness, confidence, focus, discipline and respect are among the many benefits of learning a martial art. We take great pride in sharing and teaching karate and believe that this ancient skill is an art form and that our students learn the beauty and technical prowess of that art form as they progress. Our students are encouraged to demonstrate good manners, respect, and understanding to help them be a positive part of our community.

 

Whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner of the art of karate training, we have specialised classes to suit every level of expertise from your first karate lesson right through the syllabus to Black Belt training and beyond. 

 

           ZUMBA DANCE

 

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

           MUAY THAI

 

Muay Thai, a martial art form that originated from Thailand, also known as the “Art of Eight Limbs,” which is focused on strikes using the eight points of contact: feet, knees, elbows and fists. It uses the power of rotation in the hips to deliver dynamic and strong punches, elbows, blocks, and kicks.

 

Muay Thai is also an effective health and fitness training. It can improve one’s health and give a physically fit and strong body. Even if they are not training for a Muay Thai fight, they are after the health benefits the training will give them. People who go into Muay Thai training can build stronger and more defined arms, legs and stomach. In many ways, the training also helps to gain a sense of inner strength and emotional balance.

           KICK BOXING 

Mix up your routine with flexibility and strength-building moves in kickboxing personal trainer or classes. You’ll enjoy high-intensity drills while burning 300-600 calories.* A cardiovascular workout consisting of jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks designed to get you on your way to a leaner body and a healthier state of mind. equipment and gloves are provided. Most suitable to participants of medium to high fitness levels, but newcomers are always welcome

           YOGA

 

We feature a wide range of classes that promote flexibility, strength, coordination and well-being while emphasizing proper body alignment to increase physical awareness.

Experienced and highly trained in different traditions of yoga, our teachers take great pride in helping their students build a safe, healthy and lifelong yoga practice.

We offer a comfortable, friendly and supportive environment where individuals of all ages and stages of life can come together and share in the joyful, transformative practice of yoga.
